MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MASSAGE
What Is Therapeutic Massage?
Therapeutic massage at Form focuses on restoring ease of movement, reducing built-up tension, and supporting recovery through skilled, hands-on care. Each session is tailored—whether that means deeper therapeutic work, gentler prenatal techniques, or integrated sessions coordinated with chiropractic care. Massage isn’t treated as a routine or a luxury here. It’s a practical tool used intentionally to help people move, feel, and function better over time.
MORE INFORMATION ABOUT CUPPING
What Is Cupping Therapy?
Cupping therapy is a hands-on technique used to reduce stubborn muscle tension, improve local circulation, and restore tissue mobility—especially in areas that feel chronically tight, restricted, or slow to respond to traditional massage alone. At Form, cupping is used intentionally and selectively. By creating gentle negative pressure at the skin and superficial tissue layers, cupping helps decompress underlying structures, allowing muscles and connective tissue to move more freely. This can be particularly helpful for dense muscle groups, postural strain, or areas that feel “stuck” despite repeated work. Cupping is often integrated into a massage session, not used as a standalone ritual. Some patients notice temporary circular marks where cups are applied—these are not bruises, but signs of increased blood flow to the area, and they typically fade within several days. Used appropriately, cupping can be a valuable tool to support mobility, reduce guarding, and help the body respond more effectively to hands-on care.
